We are a hair care brand sold at Sephora among other retailers around the world and in need of a super star merchandiser to support the team on planning and purchasing needs in China.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize production flow of new products and existing products (packaging components)
- Coordinate with existing suppliers on new products and existing productions
- Follow-up on deadlines and prices with suppliers
- Data entry of all transactions, qnties, orders, etc... in our systems
- Manage QC and quality control expectations of productions
- Find solutions for new product developments (accessories, packaging, displays)
- Demand planning for future needs
Skills / Knowledge required:
- Proven experience in merchandising, demand planning or purchasing, preferably in the beauty or FMCG sector.
- Great attention to detail
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of packaging materials and printing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- curious and like to solve technical issues to improve our packaging, displays or products.?
- Fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese are a plus

Very good command of excel is required.
